White chicken chili turned out great. Dinner last night and lunch today. The wife works outages in the fall of the year going into winter, so I'm the cook by committee. Next up might be the Chicken n' dumplins.

I put this in the crockpot this morning before leaving for work. I also added some Jalapenos for a little more kick.

Glad this is back to the top, wife just said to me it was time for me to get the slow cooker going again.

We were warned of how crowded it can get, so we got there around 3 and it wasnt bad at all. As we were leaving though there was already a waiting list. Next time I'm in Portsmouth though I'll for sure be back.

Not Cincy, but I went to Scioto Ribber in Portsmouth on Saturday. Place is kind of like a dive bar, but the steak was excellent only get to options on steak small 16oz. or large 32 oz. I would highly recommend this place.

HMMM has to be more to this story.

I think Bracken will be hard pressed to find anybody to take the coaching job, and reasonably believe they would have any stability. I can't see taking that job and thinking to yourself oh I'll be here for 5-10 years. The people in charge at BC have made this job a joke. Chad has done a heck of a job, like others have said when one door closes another one opens and hopefully a far better one opens for Chad.

Fetal Pig very nice. My boss lives in the U.P. of Michigan and the kids are always out of school for a couple of days I know for sure of deer season. I think alot of the plants in the area also run with minimal employees during deer season.

I was out of school from probably 6th grade on every year for the state tournament whether my school went or not. I learned alot of life lessons especially once I was of driving age and spending mostly my own money. I can't say there weren't some bad experiences, but I learned real quick not to spend all your money the first 2 days you were at the tournament. Not the state tournament but maybe my sophomore or junior year my mom took both my brother and I out of school for a week for Daytona. This was during speedweeks and my mom being a nurse was able to provide my brother and I with Dr. excuses. As I walked into the principals office to have him sign my excuse for the upcoming week he (being a racing fan) laughed and told my brother and I to have fun at the races. I still went to the state tournament a month later and didn't have a problem making up any assignments.
