I was thinking the same thing Bothways......I haven't seen him play and I am npot making any comments on his style or play.......but if the statement about getting cards about every game, then I'm thinking the refs have been pretty consistent and the player hasn't learned to adjust his game, therefore leaving the team vulnerable....

I understand and respect your decision not to discuss.......makes me sad......but I understand. The question then becomes......is there work being done to turn around the situation? Is the light at the end of the tunnel a way out or a train?

Strid is good to have this time of year going into the post season....

There has to be some payback involved for MC from last years two losses to CCH...the last one coming at the feet of Day's 20 second goal to end the game after MC tied it on a questionable PK........... Both games were very physical (one sided mostly), but not sure if that was because of some of the players chose to play that way. Anyhoo.......rarely do I do predictions (beacuse I am always right and it affects attendance if I give out the score in advance)

You can't add coulda...shoulda golas to one side and not the other. It's like precalc....what you do to one side, you must do to the other.....Did CovCath not have any? Where is Groin Pull and his report?

All of this and a lack of tradition......it is tradition that carries a program forward in the lean talent years .....it is also tradition that brings talent in. At the same time the players were allegedly allowed to run amuck (alledgedly because if you weren't part of the program, you only saw it from the outside), there was also very bad press about what was happening with the school itself.....grades, fighting, bullying, etc......this also had to have impact on who came and who didn't. Isn't it ironic that just a few short miles away, Calvary is having their best talent year while the Eagles may be having their worst?

I anticipate a tough game.....very sunny day so the sun may be in the Colonels eyes, they are playing away, so the traffic getting their may mess up their pre game rituals, could be windy, might be some players playing injured, it's been a very hard week of games, school is really tough this week, ........for all these reasons: Colonels win by only 1 goal.

Then the freshman doesn't get cut......if the team doesn't have enough to field a roster without him, then they won't get cut. And just because an 8 th grader doesn't have a team, doesn't make them amHigh School student or high school player. Attending a High School makes them a high school student.

Don't get me started....for years I have always said that if one Freshman is cut, then no 8 th or lower graders should be kept. You cut an actual "high school student" of that school and keep a "non student" of that high school......not saying they are doing this, but if any school is, then....... Ps.....if no students are cut and middle schoolers make the team, then everyone competes for playing time. Better middle schoolers play over high schoolers if they make the team, AND no one was cut........ In my opinion....and if you don't agree, well you are wrong..........bless your heart.

Are we eliminating the Crusaders in the conversation at this point? They seemed to be in the early discussions and not having seen any games this year, just curious as to why.......

Agreed......love seeing fans on here giving pub to teams that may not be getting mentions.
