Highlands wins varsity 2-1 and jv 1-0. HHS comes back from 0-1 to win on a late header.

Very exciting games. CovCath's opener and Highland ' s game winner come from headers at the far post.

Forgot to mention.

CovCath's keeper Matos went out after a collision trying to make a save.

Appears to have taken a knee & shin to the head.

 

Hope the young man recovers quickly.

Only caught the first half of this game and it was tied 0-0 at half. It appeared that CCH had all the possession that they wanted in the first half if they'd only tried to do that but it was direct attack after direct attack. Was surprised to hear HHS scored twice in the second half as they didn't look too dangerous in the first half. Would like to hear how the goals were scored on both sides.
