Who looked good for Camels?

Camels played terrific tonight. Great team effort. Big plays by several kids. Holbrook played outstanding. He is on a mission. Jackson smooth as usual. How about the play Losey made on the run out layup. Great athletic move. McGovney with a huge 3. Big shot for a sophomore. Wilson completely dominated the paint. He completely took away any inside game for Montgomery. The bench was outstanding tonight. Franzen with great defense and how about the big plays by Geiman. Look forward to watching the Camels next Wednesday. GO CAMELS!

Congratulations to Coach Sullivan. Dan was elected to the 10th region hall of fame. Dan lead the Camels to the 2000/01 10th region championship. Dan won several games at Campbell. He did a great job in his 9 years at Campbell.

I agree. Mason County is a great place for the tournament, but why should they always have home court advantage? It is not a fundraiser for the schools, it is to see who is the best team in the region. It should not matter how much money each school makes. We have great facilities to use throughout the region now. As far as home court advantage, The Bank of Kentucky Center at NKU is the most neutral site. The "Field House" is a special place, but the days of them holding the tournament every year is in the past.

Yes, that's right. Campbell County won districts in '01 and '02, which was Kevin Reinhardt's senior year. They won region in '01: Kevin was a junior. Coach Dan Sullivan was at CCHS then. Campbell county played a great game on defense tonight! Miller and Griffin did an outstanding job on defense, and McGovney was big the whole game!!! Scott's kids played hard til the end. Carr always has them playing tough!!! Good luck at region Eagles!

Great atmosphere at the game tonight!!! Once again CCHS student section was first class!!! Great game by both teams. What a great job of defense in the second half for the Camels! Dalton Griffin did a great job holding Jennings to "0" points!! Big plays by McGovney and Holbrook down the stretch!! Good luck against Scott!!!!!

I know I am knew to this website, but I am not new to hearing hurtful things about CCHS from Mustang. My own ears have heard it. I'm a female, mother bear for CCHS!! Sorry, I'm still tripping off his comment about McGovney coming to CCHS He's ours and he is the best in the region. Ask the college recruits that are watching him. FYI I do know basketball; lived it and played it.

No doubt Nate McGoveny is the best player in the region.

The 10th region has alot of talented kids. I agree that all the teams have a chance to win region depending on the matchups. By the way not all northern ky teams are arrogant! Don't let one ignorant poster set the character for the rest of us.
