Since we're re-evaluating the 10th Region teams, I thought we could take a look at the top ten players in the 10th thus far.

You have to give Monroe his do for his scoring ability, I don't know that that makes him the best player in the tenth. The young man lites it up. I believe there is more to consider as far as best over all player. There may be 3 or 4 on the list I would have to think are better over all players. But WOW, the kid can put the ball in the bucket.

I know Jacobs missed almost a month, but he's had a huge impact in the games he's played in. I'm thinking primarily of their game against Montgomery County. I was basing it on production, that's why Black and Gillispie aren't on there yet.

Caleb Ford is easily #2 or 3. His stats and production are off the chart.

I'm gonna put Bopper Stenzel at #1 based on his and his team's performance thus far, don't know much about Brossart, but they should have 2 in the top 8 with the way they have played this year. Monroe at 1A.

IMO the best player in the region is the Prewitt kid from Montgomery. Night in and night out you have to game plan around him yet the kid still produces (20+ points and 11 rbds a game). No chest bumping or anything like that. He goes about his business and does not let his emotions get the best of him. Those that have not seen Fatkin don't realize how good this kid is. At #5 is too low IMO. He is one of the best in the region.

What exactly are you saying with this post? There is some pretty good company in the rest of these players on the list to come across with a statement like that (Especially with not having seen Prewitt play).

I'm taking nothing away from young Monroe, I've seen him play since middle school. He's a smart and he's a classy player. As I said before I don't know that he's the best over all player in the region. He did hang 37 on Brossart last night.
