Camels went 11 deep in first half and 16 second half. Bertsch and Hegyi came out pretty early in the 4th quarter. Those two deserve to play in that game. It is one of the best atmospheres in Kentucky high basketball

Great job Camels! Total team effort! McGovney and Wilson led the way! Wilson 28 and 17. McGovney with huge shots and assists. Hegyi and Bertsch huge. Defense by Teegarden and Clos was solid. Omher was really good with those guys guarding him. Day was was really good off the bench. Think that was 3 district titles in a row for Camels. Draw will be interesting.

Why do you hold such a grudge. You have a serious problem with Russell over a knothole game. Really? I am guessing you were yelling at an ump and knothole umps are kids. Russell is all about the kids so I am guessing he did not like you yelling at a kid. Get a clue. Your theory on being the biggest school is also crap. Winning the region is one of the most difficult things to do. There have been great coaches that have never won a region. Russell has won 3 and by the way one was with an A school. In general you need to get a clue.

Sounds to me that you do have a problem with Russell. If you are saying, "coaching philosophies need to addressed" then you do have a problem with Russell. You then go on to say that you would not even know him if he walked by you. If you do not even know what he looks like, how could you possibly know if he is a good coach? I would say most coaches would love to be in his position except for having to deal with people like you. Like I said he has won 3 regional title. Do not believe many coaches have accomplished this. I thought your son played for Holy Cross. Holy Cross beat Campbell last week. Russell was the guy coaching Campbell

Why do you worry about Campbell so much when your kid does not even go there. Coach Russell is a very good coach who cares a lot about the kids he coaches. Just ask the kids that he coached at Newport and Campbell. By the way I would like to know how many coaches in the ninth and tenth region that have won 3 regional titles. Guess he lucked in to those. You obviously have a problem with Russell. You need to get over it and worry about your son and where he is playing. Not sure what assistant you are talking about. Two came from Pendelton and pretty sure they have been there for several years and the others have been at Campbell the entire time.
