I think it is best that all teams are competitive. Nothing worse than blowouts. I am impressed with the teams in the Tourney. Not sure if it would be worth the drive down but hats off to the Polar Bears for creating some excitement!

Don't the kids pay for their own shoes?

Numbers is the 20's for football is not enough to compete. I agree though anytime you get 20 kids involved in a sport it is a good thing.

With Fox gone does that put the ball in Hatton's hands? Who runs point for Dixie this year? Do they have some one to free up Hatton so he can shoot?

2 happen to be on the same team in their district. Lots of good athletes for the Bluebirds. They should make the transition from football to basketball and be ready by tourney time.

I think you will see Campbell step up (as well as McClendon). His offense is solid, but I haven't seen a player in years who alters as many shots as Campbell. Any body know how many blocks he had last year? I just wish they keep altered shots as a stat too.

Who does he play summer ball for? His HS stats are not all that great especially coming from a 9-19 team. He better learn to shoot a free throw -50%. Granted, it still impresses me when a frosh starts on a high school team.

Congratulations to all of the kids who made this list. I agree lineman do not get the props they deserve but a lot of the feature players would not be as good with out a solid line.
