So, Ryle if forfeiting the Championship game?

Isn't there a transfer from Walton on the team this year?

The "split the pot" for the last Elder vs CCH game was over $6K. With a full house at the Pit this Friday I would expect the same.

Elder does webcast their home games (EHSPORTS.COM - Cincinnati Elder High School - Elder Panthers).

UC updated the roster and Zach Tobler has been added. Official Men's Basketball Roster - GoBEARCATS.com - The Official Athletics Website of the University of Cincinnati

Spoke with Zach and his Dad and he is on the team. His # is 34. Decision was made right before the roster was posted on the website.

Tobler is a good student and should boost the teams GPA.

I heard that Tobler made the UC basketball team as a walk on. Can anyone confirm?

Would there be issues with the # of games played at the Freshman level if there was a 1 vs. 4, 2 vs. 3 and winners for the title?

Several Freshman played for CCH and did well.

Big show down is tonight.

CCH Frosh by...hmmm... a lot!

How did Sam B play last night?

Is there a final score yet?

Any updates on the injuries to Wag's and Bir?

I heard there were several injuries at the JV game. Can anyone confirm who and what the injuries are?

Junior Sam Kathman had a good day with 2 INTs for TDs. Heard his name several times in the varsity game for tackles on the kickoffs.

You can find the Elder roster and the team they play at Elder Sports Blog | Covering sports, events, and other Elder news..

Can you post the article?

Well said.

Friends kids on the team and heard they lost 7-2. Also heard it was Galvin's first time pitching since a UCL strain early in the season at CCH. How many balls and strikes were thrown by Galvin?

Games for June 13th: 6:00PM Scott vs SK @ Scott 6:00PM CCH vs Dixie @ Woodland 7:00PM St Henry vs Dixie @ Scott 7:00PM NCC vs Scott @ Woodland 8:00PM NCC vs St Henry @ Scott 8:00PM CCH vs SK @ Woodland

The score was something like 48-21. It appeared that both teams were rotating players every 5 minutes.

Did the Moeves boys play for NCC and how did they do?

Does any other schools do split squads?
