Final.

HC had 135 yards total offense. 68 in one half . 67 in the other.

Must have run out of gas in the second half.

CCH has a bye next week followed by them hosting the Birds.

Good win on the road. Congrats to the Blue Colonels!

Thanks for the like, Woodsie.

Clyde could have done the same, but, alas, no. Instead he posts about some game two weeks from now that no one cares about.

Sounds like CCH put together some Offense in the 2nd half. I look forward to TOG's scoring summary and takeaways.

Can anyone verify MentschTrachtGottLacht's post from the game thread: 8 backups starting for Cov Cath?

I heard it was going to be higher

I heard it was going to be higher on starters out

They had two good drives and an interception that gave them a short field. Every time Henderson would start putting together some offense they would kill it with a penalty. Hats off to CCH, it was a win.

CCH is not just missing many starters but rather many of the best players on the team. When you can bring your semi-JV team 4 hours down on a bus and win against a Varsity opponent it is a good win for the program.

I said it after their scrimmage with Campbell Co and I'm going to say it again -- their inability to make PAT's is going to cost them a game. No excuse a program like this can't find a kicker.
