Pre-Season Top 10 Football Teams in NKY for 2014
Didn't SK loose to a team by two scoresthat barely beat CCHS who lost to Highlands by 50? I've said it once and I will say it again. Each game is like a snowflake and it's all about the matchups.

2014 Top Returning NKY Football Players
....and one of the biggest and talented O-Linemen in NKY, Josh Griffith.

Butler 29 Simon Kenton 14
I don't think that is the case and if it was then it was a foolish mistake. CC was better at stopping the run and matched well with Butler. Like someone said earlier every game is a snowflake

Simon Kenton/Butler Updates
Strictly using UK Fan's math this means SK was not the best 6 team in NKY. The Bears beat SK by 15 and only beat CC by 7. Meaning CCHS wins the rematch by 8. Lol

6A Playoffs: Simon Kenton vs. Butler
Butler will bring in the edges and force the backs to the middle where they have a huge NT and good linebackers. I still believe that SK will when because Kuntz will be the difference. I don't see a huge scoring game, Butler's defense is that good. SK 17 - Butler 7

NKY Football: Final Poll
I'm just saying that everyone is playing the "would of , could of , should of" game. These polls are nice to spur conversation but people really put too much stock into them. Unless the two teams play it's really hard to say who is better. Certain posters on this blog will defend the team they are associated with until the death. They could be 0-10 but it's always this kid is out, it was too sunny, or whatever other excuse they can come up with. HHS is clearly number 1 in NKY, 2 and 3 is a toss up and if they played 10 times it would come out close to 50/50, 4-7 put them in any order you like, and the rest are bringing up the rear. Enjoy the game and sucess your team has had this year but stop making excuses that's why they play the games.

I don't have a dog in this fight but aren't injuries part of the game?

NKY Football Playoff Preview
I like the 6A prediction. I think the Camels have came along ways since early in the year. I don't know too much about PRP and Butler but believe the ball control offense and the improvements on defense will be enough to get them a rematch with SK/Dixie. Camels match up well with Dixie and that would be a heck of a game.

Clyde's Week 9 NKY Rankings
Does it really matter? We all know SK is the best team in NKY. Sorry, I saw the chance to kill two birds with one stone. I will sit down now and enjoy the rest of the show.

Thank you for all the memories...Through The Years
After watching my son play for the past 12 years I can say time has moved by too quickly. Those that still have sons still playing appreciate every moment. I sure will miss it. As one chapter of life closes for these young men another is just starting. Good Luck everyone and Thank You for the memories.

Clyde's Week 9 NKY Rankings
That delay was a huge help for the victory. I hate playing the could of would of game but the outcome may have been different if not for the delay

Clyde's Week 9 NKY Rankings
a sure sign of desperation is to bring up past seasons. Come on you are better than that On a side note it wasn't like last season was a blow by no means. Refresh my memory wasn't that the infamous 50 minute half time delay due to weather?

I would rather have won and not stopped anyone than loose and try to spin a moral victory on the game

NKY Coaches Poll Week 8
I haven't seen BW play so I won't include them in my post. Dixie and CovCath would when this match 9 out of 10 times. Scott is one dimensional. They run the ball very well but 3 yards and a cloud of dust will only last so long against good defenses. Dixie has an excellent run defensive and would control the line of scrimmage. Scott's defense is average. Both of these teams would be able to move the ball and score. Scott has had a great year and let's not take anything away from them. Good luck the rest of the way.
