Oh my!

I know!!!!!

We tried to get them for a 2 year deal but our schedules didn’t match up.

One other thing. Everyone keeps saying how Pikeville competes win or lose against Belfry will tell us how good they are. Well, Raceland should’ve beaten #1 4A Ashland in week 1 and statistically won everything but the scoreboard. I think we should get a little love for how we played.

Food for thought.... Pikeville returns pretty much every player from last year and have improved. Raceland lost a few players but are much improved over last year’s team, especially offensively. I look for a very close game if it comes down to these 2 again. Most people are saying it’s Pikeville’s to lose in the East. Maybe that’s real good for Raceland. I think we embrace the underdog role and play better when we’re dismissed.

I think Paintsville wins and proves they are still relavent in the East.

Can any other team catch up to Beechwood and Pikeville?

We don’t play until Saturday. I am hoping to make it Friday to see my first Belfry/Pikeville game.

If Pikeville continues playing at this level and we (Raceland) do as well, the Semis will be another classic!

I don’t know if we will lose another regular season game this season.

Koudos to Coach Mark Lewis. He has our defense playing at a high level again this year. Coach is old school and I personally love it!!!!

Rams roll. I keep telling everyone that we are far ahead of last year’s team. We should be 4-0.

We had some momentum building. I hope we bring the juice tomorrow.
