  1. Do you think this staff has the program headed in the right direction?
  2. Thanks for the update. Wife is out of town so I have all the parental duties this weekend and didn't want to take the 5 yr old out in this weather. I'm depending on the update threads this week.
  3. My deepest condolences to you and your family Coach.
  4. Correct! Do as he says not as he does!
  5. Why would Conner even schedule this game?
  6. Yes. Solid player. I also thought he played WR well when he got the opportunity. How long is out?
  7. No agenda. Just curious.
  8. When was the last time Highlands didn't score a TD in a game?
  9. That is sad! He made some poor decisions tonight but his receivers didn't give him much help. They just weren't open very often. I have a feeling he is better player than he displayed tonight.
  10. The Kicker for Highlands is very good. His FG would have easily been good from 54yrds. Good Punter as well. SK lineman Colton Williams is going to be an animal. He's probably the best lineman I have seen this year in NKY and the young man is only a Soph. Look out! #54 for Highlands (I think his name is Tyler Robinson) is a fine player. Kid made a lot of tackles and he was lined up against Colton Williams. What year is he?
  11. You Highlands fans for years have taunted the SK program for not playing you. Now that SK is on your schedule you want to act like SK beating you is no big deal because the "Birds are down this year" all the while in the past you often reminded the SK faithful how many times the Bluebirds beat the Pioneers. As we all know, all the years that Highlands beat SK, the SK program was down. Sorry folks, you can't have it both ways. It isn't SK's fault Highlands is down this year. You have asked for SK for years, now you've got them! With that said, I have no dog in this fight. Good luck to both teams.
  12. No "Apparently" about it, you are so far off base you look silly! Just sayin!
  13. I really hope SK doesn't win the game 80-0. These Highlands kids don't deserve that just like the 1997 SK kids didn't deserve getting beat 76-0.
  14. You are grossly underestimating the talent of Deondre Pleasant. I wonder if you have ever seen him play?
  15. If both teams were healthy today, I'd take the Eagles by 2 TD's. Everyone is quick to give NewCath the benefit of the doubt because Smith didn't play against Scott. Yet you fail to take into account that Deondre Pleasant for Scott was limited the first 3 games of the season. Smith didn't do much against Campbell and Belfry so how do we know he would have had success against Scott? Because he averaged 10 yards per carry against a bad Harrison Cty team? The same week Pleasant averaged 17 yrds per carry against a better opponent but that doesn't get mentioned. If you want to say with Scott's injuries, NewCath is better you won't get an argument from me but if you are using the 1st game of the year as your proof then I will beg to differ.
  16. Why in the world doesn't Deondre Pleasant play more offensive snaps? He is Scotts most dynamic player and best RB.
  17. But Holy Cross seating police wouldn't allow you to sit with her, correct?
  18. There sure is some big time football in Ohio! WOW!
