The KHSAA, which every year at the state finals, recognizes the major anniversaries of state championship teams, is looking for members of Conner's 1983 Class AAA state championship team. All coaches, players, and cheerleaders from that team will be honored on Dec. 12, at halftime of the Class 3A game at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville. The Class 3A game will kickoff at 3 p.m. Each member of the team will receive one complimentary ticket and one complimentary guest ticket. Leslie is now 0-5 on the season. They have been outscored 224-8. The only 2 games they have even a slight chance at winning are against Knott County & maybe North Laurel but I don't think they will win either. Good luck Leslie.
