Congrats to Tewayne. He was an outsanding athlete in H.S. I'm sure he can find a spot on a team with the speed this young man has.

Do not think it hit the batter. You can not hear the ball hit anything other than the umpires helmet. BTW, if it hit the batter then why did he just stand there & make some motion with his arm rather than going to first base??????

Did you read the article? This was a High School championship game. The kid already had a scholarship from a college but the college withdrew it because of this incident.

No indication whatsoever that the pitcher knew.

Russell beat Rowan, 15-12 tonight. Rowan beat Russell earlier this season, 15-4. That count? And... Dixie Heights beat Highlands tonight, 13-3. Highlands beat DH 10-2 earlier this season.

If I'm not mistaken couldn't this kid also receive a basketball scholarship? I know he was pretty decent on the hardwood as well.
