Leslie is not known to be a football powerhouse. There just like most other schools in the state. They go through there cycles. They will be a district title contender again in a couple years.

I am a Leslie fan & without beating around the bush, they are terrible. Lynn Camp shouldn't put to much stock into this win. I mean yeah, they won the game 32-0 & a win is a win but it just doesn't say much about their team other than they beat a very, very bad team. Anywho, Good Luck to both teams the rest of the way. BTW, what time did this game end? It didn't start until 9 I believe. That was probably the latest start time of the night.

It's mostly a numbers problem yes but the talent just Isn't there either. Of course with lower numbers, your not going to see that much talent. 2005 was the best season Leslie had had since the days of Couch & company. Morgan, Young, Hubbard, Howard, Horton, Day, Wells, Hendrix, etc led Leslie to a District Title & made it to the Region Semi-Finals. Leslie's QB right now, Jimmy Jo Morgan, is the younger brother of Quentin Morgan, the QB from 2005. Like I said earlier, the 2 players to watch for on Leslie's team is Morgan & Lewis. Other than that, I'm not sold on any others. Just in case anyone was wondering (which I'm sure there not) here is where a few of the above went to college from the 2005 squad... I haven't watched 1 practice or even heard too much about them DC. Just going from last year, like everyone else, I would think they will not be to competitive. I do know that Coach Koogler will squeeze every last drop of talent out of the players he has. Their 2 top players should be QB, Jimmy Jo Morgan & Wide Receiver, Ashton Lewis. Other than those 2, I'm not to sure about the player personnel. BTW, for the past several years Leslie Co has had a team camp the week before school starts back. This is the first year that they have not had the camp since I can remember. If that's any indication on how they feel they will compete then they will have a long season.

Leslie has around 25-30 players. Anywho, Lynn Camp by 15.

LC plays Leslie County in their first game August 29 @ Lynn Camp. I know Leslie is way down this year so how do you Campers think that one will turn out?
