So how will Knox stack up against Corbin in the Pigskin next week? Seems they beat Clay about like the Hounds did. So is it an even game?

Clay has some serious work to do on defense, a couple turnovers and bone headed penalties sealed the deal for the tigers. However I did see so much promise from them and Zack Lewis is the real deal I don't know how many yards he had but he had plenty but I bet he'd take zero yards passing for the W.

 

Does anyone have an update on the KC kid who got hurt, I heard they had to fly him out.

Knox looked better than they did against HCHS last week. Quite a few injuries in this game and CC does not look like the same team that has been giving people fits for the last 3 years.

Lewis had 296 yds. Knox looked OK. Corbin will win that matchup. Clay held them to six in the second half. As someone said, two turnovers and two very boneheaded penelties were the difference in the game. If I'm not mistaken, Knox was playing 7 db's at times. Clay had success in the air and on the ground but didn't get in a flow on offense.

Did Merida play last night ?

Yep. Played well on both sides of the ball. Had a thunderous hit on A CC receiver that got quite a few accolades!
