  1. She had been sick for a few days prior to the game last night so I don't know if that could've contributed to her only scoring 4 points or not. :idunno:
  2. How does Simon Kenton only have one girl? What about Smith and Wainscott??
  3. http://www.kentucky.com/232/story/703915-p3.html I hope it works. :thumb:
  4. Smith had 6 blocks. I dont know about you but I wouldn't go inside on her. She has long arms and is a very good shot blocker. As far as not being deep, I would have to disagree with you. You have Brown and L. Figgins both coming off the bench. Like I said earlier Brown is a very nice addition off the bench. L. Figgins is still moving her way back into being able to play but when she gets back into the swing of everything she is a threat. You also have Stephenson who gets some minutes when they are needed.
  5. ^ Nikki is a VERY nice addition off the bench for Simon Kenton.
  6. Tolliver had 24 for SK. Brown added 11 points and Smith had 11 boards and 6 blocks for the Pioneers. Adler lead HHS with 11. It was a real nail biter.
  7. Any thoughts?? Rematch from the Kenton Co. Classic championship game, where SK came out on top by 3.
  8. The last freshman to dress varsity and JV was Chad Lawerance. Austin Baldwin and Zach Carrol didn't even dress JV or Varsity. So I don't think any freshman are going to dress Jv or varsity.
  9. Those two schools seem to be the ones with the most intrest, that I've seen while attending games. There was somebody from Louisville at the Owensboro Catholic (Lex Cath Tourney) game but who they were there to see I do not know. :idunno:
  10. It could be her height but look at Shannon Bobbit (Sp.) who is now playing in the WNBA. She is listed at 5'2''. To me it's not how "big" you are but rather how "big" you play.
  11. I think that Smith, Tolliver, and both Figgins are interested in playing at the next level. Thomas Moore is really interested in Tolliver as well as Union. Union is also looking at Smith. The Figgins twins have been at several colleges for visits.
  12. That has always confused me as well. Simon Kenton has a 19 - 4 record and are still unranked. They've beaten Rockcastle Co.(without Tolliver), Highlands, and Lex. Cath. who are all ranked. And beaten good Owensboro Catholic and NCC teams.:confused:
  13. To break it she will have to average about 22 points a game the rest of the season and through out the tournament into the regional finals, pending on if the Pioneers get there or not.
  14. The Lady Pioneers win on their senior night. Congrats to Chelsea Tolliver on scoring her 2,000th career point tonight. She finished with 30 points and if I'm not mistaken 11 boards. Wainscott had 11. Brown, Smith and Ponzer all had 7 a piece. :dancingpa
  15. They have 5 seniors: Tolliver, Smith, C. Figgins, L. Figgins, and Bach.
  16. Miles Simpson from Simon Kenton and Jordan Hansel a 6'5 295 tackle both are at the top of everyone's D1 list.
  17. No Benzinger(sp?) Led scott in scoring. On a side note there were 106 fouls called between the jv and varsity game. 46 in the varsity game and 60 in the jv game where 6 girls fouled out.
  18. Final. SK held Tibbs to only 13 points and 7 boards. Tolliver had 28 and Brown had 17 off the bench for the Pioneers.
  19. I believe Tolliver had 10 points, Wainscott 12, Ponzer 12 and Brown 12 points for the Pioneers.
  20. I still dont understand how Simon Kenton cannot be ranked.
