The Lady Pioneers win on their senior night. Congrats to Chelsea Tolliver on scoring her 2,000th career point tonight. She finished with 30 points and if I'm not mistaken 11 boards. Wainscott had 11. Brown, Smith and Ponzer all had 7 a piece. :dancingpa

 2K for CT!! ALL-TIME point total is possible !

Cut quiet a few turnovers in half and this is even another ten tilted to SK !

The next rankings will be interesting. SK Ladys' have now beat (3) of last weeks Top 20 and taken two others deep! :idunno: Excited about districts their chances to repeat in the 8th Regional Tour.!

They will be heavy favorites to win the 8th at South Oldham unless they lay an egg.

Congrats to Chelsea on hitting her 2000th point on this shot! Funny how you can see her Dad just under the ball.

Congrats to all the Seniors on a very special night. Nice win!

Congrats to SK! Way to carry the banner of the 8th!

Right now, SK is way ahead of the rest of the 8th. Anderson does not appear to be on the same plane as the Lady Pioneers as many thought in the pre-season; in fact, Anderson looks to be only slightly above the Oldhams, South Oldhams, and Shelbys of the region...

Nothing's given in any region, and SK will have to earn the championship on the court, not in the polls, but SK has earned greater recognition in this next BGP poll.

First time I've seen a HS girls game since my HS days, and I came away very impressed with SK's team. They have a very nice team, and Tolliver is a very good player. I believe she is now 172 points shy of the all time record. Three regular season games, two district games, possibly three regional games could be enough to put her on top.

To break it she will have to average about 22 points a game the rest of the season and through out the tournament into the regional finals, pending on if the Pioneers get there or not.

Senior salute

Big Chairs to fill next year. Good Luck to the Pioneers in post season!

:thumb: It's hard to believe these girls are seniors. They have been fun to watch over the years and ALL are a class act. They are great students, athletes, and young ladies. We will miss them next year but right now, we look forward to watching them make a second run towards Diddle! Go get em girls!

"Class ACT" says it all. I am so happy that my daughter has had the oppertunity to play with them. If she turns out to be as great a student, player, and more importantly "person" on and off the court as these ladies, I will be a very pleased father!!! :thumb:

I am hoping Panda and MR F hang with girls basketball after your daughters high school days are over and keep taking those great pics. Both of you are great ambassadors for girls basketball and your respective schools.

Very kind words Roger482, but it is easy to be an ambassador when young ladies give their all every time they walk on the floor. We have seen the hours and hours of practice and summer ball so taking pictures for 32 minutes a couple times a week seems insignificant to their efforts.

I do appreciate the shout out though. Good luck and I will be pulling for my friends in the 8th to take it deep.

How can a :confused:team like Lex. Cath. have a record of 14w-11L still be ranked 17th in the state? (BGP polls)
