Why is Cooper playing their entire varsity squad in the JV tournament? Doesn't seem like a good way to develop the younger players in the program!

They do not have any seniors. The majority of their team is pretty young. I do not have a problem with it as long as they played some JV during the year and did not start Varsity.

I hate it when teams start someone on Varsity all year long and then all the sudden they show up to play JV Tournament.

From what I understand most of the teams that could, brought down players to play. I think Cooper are all sophomores, so I don't know where the harm in that would be letting them play against some more equal competition. I haven't noticed them in the top 10 in NKY or top 20 for that matter. Did they win their game?

Cooper should let their team play. They are so young. Check out their scores when they are playing the older kids.

Their entire varsity roster moved down to JV. Is that fair to the JV players?

If you have seen them play 95% of the JV squad dresses varsity and plays every game. Not to mention it didn't have much of an impact on the game with the other teams dropping down players.

Cooper is such a young team and have had a rough season they might as well be able to make a run in the JV tourney with players their own age.
