Aug 1st....If Bday is Aug 1st them you could be 16 staring your Freshman year and 19 starting your Senior year.

What do you consider a holdback? If a kid will be 19 at graduation then is he a hold back even if the parents just started them late.

Very good game, not decided until the final 30 secs. I thought Corbin had a little more depth and Johnson hit some huge shots. I thought Williamsburg did an awesome jod in hosting the tournament.

I believe the 50th at Williamsburg each team boys and girls receive 30 passes each and each school also gets 24 reserve seats.

As my children walk through the house working on homework and making plans for weekend I CANNOT imagine the pain this family is suffering. May friends and loved ones ease their pain. May God comfort them.

I understand Whitley will plat at Lex Cath, Lynn Camp, Bell Co., Belfry and Rockcastle. Wburg has picked up South Laurel and Hazard.

Final. Tigers zone handcuffed Jackets. They couldnt make a 3 and couldnt get much done inside. Wburg didnt get back on D, didnt defend the 3 or the post. B'ville played well but dont tell Coach Phipps that. Listening to him during the game you would have thought they were down 30.

Is Labanion going to be out long for Whitley?

Weather helped last year but I will be surprised if there isn't at least 4000 there.

From what I understand it's basically no football in June and no basketball in July. Football can still lift and practice in I believe helments but nothing against other teams. I'm sure someone knows alot mre about this than me.

Was a little strange Corbin only had 1 player on the team but again I attribute thatto how balanced they were.

He is certainly an excellent player. But with only 81 carries for the year it hard to but him in front of all the others. 62 solo and 24 assists on D. His 40EP's and 4 FG kicking are really good but happened to be in a year where there are some outstanding kickers. I.m sure he was very valuable for the Hounds. But their team was so balanced it could actually hurt them in getting INDIVIDUAL awards. I'm sure he is very happy with being on the Border Bowl team and looks forward to showing how well he can play.

There are other deserving kids who did not make it. Everyone cant make it. Those who did make it, congratulations!!!!!!!

What a wonderful job they do to even field a team. 80 players every year..having to play up in class even to be somewhat tested.

4.9 for a kid that size is unbelievable time!!!!

I agree that 6 classes is to many but I don't see how 12 teams will have less attendance than 8 no matter who is playing. No T vs X game took about 8-10,000 fans out.

Just not in this game????? Why will it not be a close game next time??. I think if Wburg pounds the ball inside next time they will be able to win. Whitley has alot of numbers but I don't think Baker has a clue about rotation or who needs to be in. Seems like he is just tryn to keep everybody happy which in the long run makes no one happy.
