Scott handed a few right to him to take a step and make a lay-up... Scott was out of sync from the start. They missed about 5 to 7 point blank lay-ups in the first few minutes of the game... It was the worst I've seen Scott play all year.

Scott didn't stick to the game plan, the JV played the way the Varsity was supposed to... They didn't run with Holmes and they made shots. It seems that as soon as Scott couldn't hit from the outside, they resorted to trying to run with them and as they learned from the two games with Henry Clay (both losses in the high 20's), they can't do it! Scott shot the lights out against Campbell their last game and couldn't buy a bucket tonight. The Bulldog in me is happy but the Eagle side, whom I’ve adopted, is not too happy about this one.

Agree! Scott should be a solid #3, the loss to Mason is why I wouldn't put them at #2... However, they were in control of the Mason game until Roberts went out in the second half.

Wow! I wasn't at the game so I won't comment about the officials... You have to put games away, I try to coach in a way that you take care of business and you don't have to worry about calls... Wish Holmes could have pulled it out but I guess it didn't go there way!

Yes, the top three Sr. Guards each had about 20, 3 point shots were hugh once again for Scott... On to Pendleton County Friday (weather permitting). Go Eagles!

Well, I thought this one would be closer... The bench ended up being the difference with Defense... Scott just flat out, out-played SK tonight... Not sure why SK pulled the starters to with 3 min. left in the 3rd...

Congrats to the Eagles tonight, going into the SK's house and winning big... after the 3 minute mark in the 2nd quarter, it seemed that Scott was too much for the Pioneers tonight.

Scott did everything they needed to do tonight to get the victory... Kellen missed both freethrows with about 8 seconds left?, then Dixie came down and hit the 3 to tie at the end of regulation... OT normally goes to the Home team, I'm glad Scott was able to pull.

Any reason why Mason got the back to back tourney's... I see that there was a vote from a couple districts but is it closer for those two districts.

Scott takes another close one from SK... The bench for Scott will be the biggest difference. If they can get more out of the Bench than the first time they played, Scott will win by an even greater margin.

As long as the Official's let them play tonight, Scott wins by 4 to 7 points... Home court is huge for Brossart.

I'll have to take Scott's for now... Only time will tell until SK beats them. It will hurt Scott that the three big Freshman from last year didn't even come out this year. Maybe next year?

Kellen could not be stopped, scored in every way tonight. Double teamed most of the second half and it didn't matter... They could not stop him. Scott led throughout and never lost the lead. Good thing they were up by four when the shot at the buzzer banked in.

The Eagles had double digit leads throughout this game, got close in the end. Scott was up by 4 with 2.8 and SK hit a three un-guarded... Glad to see them put two in a row again, not since the first week of the season have they done that. Should be a battle tomorrow.:popcorn:

In a very close one, Scott will pull this out by 5 or less. Scott finally showed their shooting touch last night. They have been in every game and winning by double digits except the Henry Clay loss... The Eagles will be ready to take this game, they've had some tough losses already this year... Hopefully it's made them stronger for a game like this.:jump:

Scott -vs- Franklin County, now cancelled...

He's their SR Center... He didn't just walk off, the coach sent him to the locker room. He's back now but not sure when He'll play again. The Henry Clay game was just one of those, 'can't do anything right' games. They shot bad, had a ton of turn-overs and just got out played. Everything was working out last night, just can't win games and miss that many freethrows at the end of games and a couple key turn-overs didn't help either.

Follow-up to this quote... I did not blame the refs for the loss... I'm entitled to my opinion on the Refs, I thought a lot was missed and some calls seemed to be anticipated but never took place... I can think of one Scott guard who plays great defense and he wasn't allowed to play close last night. If you were there you saw the phantom fouls. I know the gym is smaller than most and normally there would be three officials... But come on man!
