Scott squandered a 18 pt lead late in the game to only win by 7. The eagles really struggled from foul line down the stretch but was able to hang on for a hard fought win.

Ugly shooting on the part of the Camels. They just could not get anything going in the 1st half.

Should be an interesting district tournament.

This is huge for seeding as now Scott is 2-0 in its district with Silver Grove and Bishop Brossart left on the schedule. Scott will take care of business with Silver Grove so all that leaves is to make sure they come away with a win @Brossart but that will be no easy task.

Camels looked rough. Lots of turnovers.

Congratulations to Scott on the win. Camels found themselves in a huge hole, compliments of Scott. I believe the Camels were down 21 or 22 at one point. Scott took it to the Camels all night. Hard fight by the Camels to try and get back in it. Should make a nice district game if they happen to meet again there.

I was waiting to see the out come of this game. Congrats to Scott on the win.

I'm not sure Scott gets enough credit for their defense. They do not allow a lot of space and really make it difficult to get open looks. A lot of teams have had bad shooting nights against them and I really believe their defense has a lot to do with that. Not to mention their center blocks or adjusts a lot of shots when anyone gets around the basket.

Campbell County did fight the entire game and never gave up. The campbells hit some tough 3 pointers in the 2nd half to climb back in the game but Scott wouldn't relinquish control. Huge games from Kellen Smith and Cameron Haynes. They seemed to be able to penetrate whenever they needed too.

Didn't Scott already beat Brossart?

The Eagles are in a nice groove right now.

He (Roberts) gave us fits during both games this season. Smith and Haynes are going to score 15+ every game and Roberts negates more than his share of the opponent's points with his shot blocking and his ability to alter shots.

The Brossart - Scott game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 9th in Alexandria.

Who won the JV game???? The outcome of that one has district seeding implicatons as well.
