Cinnamon is supposed to be a great player for Mercer Co. They will contend for their Region. Mercer County has a humongous and very nice gymnasium.

Mercer County 72, Seneca 63: Clay Cinnamon's 35 points powered the Titans to an upset of Seneca, which was rated No. 25 in the Herald-Leader's pre-season coaches' poll.

Cinnamon, a senior who has signed to play baseball at Miami (Ohio), hit 14 of 22 shots and had eight rebounds and four assists. Aaron Lee had 13 points and 13 rebounds for Mercer County.

Kevin Shaw had 17 points and five assists for Seneca. Martez Harris added 15 points and 13 rebounds.

I missed a FT on Cinnamon. Sitting in the stands and talking isn't what you should be doing, while trying to keep stats with your note pad on your lap!

 

BTW all of Shaw's 17 points came in the first half but then MC put #5 Lee on him and Lee stopped him!
