Where was this game played?

:banana::banana: Just how many teams have you seen do this and just how successful were they? It may be done but even YOU have to admit it would not be the ideal scenario.

:flame:The team without a quarterback had him for the first half and did not make much difference that I could tell and all teams has to have 11 players on the field to be able to play. One player can not win a game by himself no matter how good he is. The best quarterback still has to have someone able to catch the ball, someone to run the ball and someone to block etc. You can always find some reason a team got beat but any TEAM can be beat on any given night and that does not always mean the best team wins. However Fri night will tell the tail for MS and Rock.

Do you mean Madison Southern will beat Rock this year in your opinion or is it wishful thinking? I know Bell is favored to win over the Rock but sometimes the underdog comes out on top, or do you not remember this happening at the Rock? Could this be sour GRAPES? Remember Three Wishes the team all knows who you are and are all rooting for your team, and would like to continue to do so!

:thumb: I quite agree and that 5 and 8 year old is not really going to watch ball. They may run around the field and play around but that is about all they will do.

Sorry about the way that sounded. I did not mean it the way you apparently took it. I certainly did not mean anything as from what I have heard the BEARS done better than Letcher Co Fans thought that they would and Coach Larkey will certainly pull this out for a positive learning experience.

Hey was this a surprize? I really thought with the new coach and all that this would be a loss for the Rock. The people I talked to said this was a great game. Sure wish I could be at two places at the same time once in a while. Congratulations to the Rockets on what some said would be a loss of 35 to 0 for pulling off this great win.

Bell can be beat but I don"t agree that KC will be the one but then KC may surprise me and do the unexpected. I don't know which team will be the upset but that is what makes football fun to watch. Sometimes the unexpected happens.

KC may have a good year but will still have to beat Bell and that looks like a tough thing to do

I would think being told a team was going to beat you would make you try harder and not intimidate you to the extent that you keep losing to the same team year after year. I guess it works funny though.

I was not at the game but from what I heard over WRVK it seemed like there was some bad calls but they were against Rockcastle and not for them. It sounds like sour grapes to me. I think it was a well played game on both sides and the team that played the best won.

I know Coach Larkey would be glad to have one or both of his sons with him and if it works out that way it will be Harlan 's Gain and Rock loss. You really can't blame them if they go. Either way who ever ends up as assistants under Coach Larkey wil do a good job. He won't put up with anything less. He did not build a program at Rock by letting assistants not be capable of their responsibilities.
