What can you work towards? They would just be going out to pass time, you could do all fundamental work....but who would really be focused, the players or the coaches?

I don't think anyone on here is against the band or having a band program. The important thing on this is that it is not a new issue. Paris may want the band more than the other revenue producing sports. Its a real shame. They have a rich football history. Was Blanton Collier a band director??....seems like I heard that somewhere.

Funny...I heard the same issue about summer band camps and I could hardly believe it....but it must be true.

Soccer players would be great. The Spangler guy has a soccer background as well. Will Fawns, a soph to be, showed some promise kicking last year as well. Could be some real competition for the job.

Good for Pikeville. I don't think either party knows what they would be getting into with this hire. This would not be a good fit.

D line has Hussey returning, O-line will be young and aggessive, Valentine, Mccall and Jorgensen should be ready to step up with some other young players. A sophomore to be, Justin Covey, looks like he could have his coming out party. Hopefully, some new faces from the upper classmen as well.

How did Belfry get involved in this? Seems like they are trying their best to divert attention elsewhere.

This comment is largely true, a bit harsh, but true. Make no mistake about it, Ervin Stepp could shoot the lights outs, and he wasn't shy about doing it. But, if you can back it up so be it. Had he played in Central KY he would not have scored that much. He was a step slow and about 6'2".

It is simple. You can't explain it away. The violation is obvious and flagrant. The more you stir it, the more it stinks. No one should even consider blaming the player. Shame on them if they do.

Its strange how the Central KY networks don't talk about this kid much. He is the real deal. How is Madisonville doing this season? Are they going to the region?
