I agree with this and now I think any principal that has Yeagle's application come across his/hers desk will definitely think twice before hiring him. I wonder if this could be the end of his legendary coaching career.:confused:

:laugh: You also thought Ludlow would win against PC (a team that had to forfeit a few weeks ago) and that didn't happen. So I wouldn't get too over confident with this one.

I have heard some outrageous things about this whole situations that I will not share, because I am sure most of it if any of it is true. I just think this a terrible situation and unfortunately something that I think could cause Coach Yeagle to stay out of the game for good now.

Is Tim Mac really a prospect or just receiving letters? Anyone can receive letters especially when they have his stats 6'5' 300ish or whatever the specifics are? A prospect actually gets contacted! By phone or in person Which one is it?

Bellevue will hang their hat on Dayton come Saturday morning.

Keep in mind that Lloyd is not a very good team this year. They are a team that was supposed to be a good team and let's face one win does not qualify for a good team. I am still going with Bellevue, for the simple fact Coach Deaton is young and so is his staff, I think the upper hand is in Eckstein's favor because he can make adjustments and add wrinkles that Dayton won't know how to prepare for. :ylsuper:

With Ludlow's recent struggles, I think that they are starting to get a little more worried about the Brossart game now, which I think is their last chance for a win this season.

This will be one of the greatest games in the state. Obviously a huge rivalry that goes way back. This will be a hell of a way to start the battle for the paddle tradition. Dayton has a very good team, but so does Bellevue. I think Bellevue will come out with all cylinders firing, while Dayton will be all hopped up on Homecoming Fever. Bellevue 32 Dayton 23

I do hope that Bracken can get the ball rolling down there with support from the administration, parents, students, etc, and start to win some games. But until that happens it will always be the same it is now. I do think that the Tigers are a respectable program and will not ring up 84 points against the only polar bears the ky has ever seen. Bellevue's JV'ers will get to start the second half and will showcase the talents of this kid I heard they got from Texas (I think he is a tackle something like 6'4 255lbs and very athletic) If he is not a Senior he could help the Tigers in years to come. Having seen Brossart play and knowing all the troubles/drama that has gone on this year for Newport, I think this could honestly be a pretty interesting game. With that being said and for the spirit of the underdog, I will say that Newport makes history friday. Brossart 20 Newport 13 good luck stangs

I still think Ludlow's injuries will keep them out of this one. I haven't seen PC play this year but heard they have some good sized kids. Even still, I am taking PC Ludlow 14 Pendleton 27

My nomination would be Ricky Buckler from Bellevue High School. Ricky had 111 yds. on 7 carries Friday in a win over Bishop Brossart. All of these yards came in the first half as Ricky did not play in the second half due to a lopsided score of 46-14.

I'll say Bellevue by 40+ this week, which will allow them to begin working on their game plan for the Devils this week and to perfect it next week.

8th graders can play at any level except the varsity level. They can play frosh and JV football. Just not varsity.

This was a good game by all that were involved. The Tigers first team was just way to much for the 'Stangs to handle. Bellevue's reserves looked good and so did the 'Stangs when the size started to match up better. It was also a pleasure listening to Ol' Klippity Klopp on the radio.

I think that Ludlow will beat Brossart, but I think that this game will be closer than most think. With Ludlow's injuries at the QB position and now the pressure of having to win this game against Brossart, will make Ludlow pretty tense and Brossart is a program with zero pressure on them because no one expects them to win. I watched them last night against Bellevue and even though Bellevue could have hung 100 on them, Brossart still kept fighting and never gave up until the final whistle blew.
