Predict Your Teams Future

What kind of team do you think you will have 3 years from now with the Freshmen you have now and the 8th grade bunch you have?

3 years from now Boyle County 2014 will be better than Boyle County 2013. Boyle County 2012 will be as good as or slightly better than Boyle County 2011. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a sophomore take over at qb in 2013.

3 years from now Mercer County may be a better team than Boyle County if Paul Rains is still at Mercer. Mercer should be better than Boyle(on paper) by 2013. They should have some good years ahead as long as they buy in to Rains. Contrary to their current results I am hearing he has the program going in the right direction. Time will tell if they continue to buy in. Lots of talent currently at Mercer from the 7th-10th grade right now. They only have themselves to blame if they can't consistently improve.

Casey County 2014 will look a lot like Casey County 2011 if the Rebel program is able to get kids out to play. Casey 2012 and 2013 will struggle just due to the low numbers in the current junior and sophomore classes.

Of course no one can tell for sure, after all we are talking about high school kids and they are unpredictble at best. Raceland football looks exceptional for the next few years, especially 2012,2013. Raceland's roster is completgely dominated by Sophomores and Freshmen. This is the group that was the state Class A Jr. high runner up a couple of years ago. This years jr, high is also having great sucsess.

An Ashland fan made the statement on another thread that people had better get Raceland this season but they will have a hard time of it in the next couple of years.

NCC will keep on Keepin on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree along with Highlands, Mayfield, Beechwood, etc.. one can pretty much sum it up in that winning programs are good most every season.

I hope that we are contending for a championship.

Mason County has a nice group of freshmen; several of whom see significant varsity playing time. The 8th grade has struggled, while the 7th grade is strong. From what little I know, extraordinarily few of the middle-schoolers have been held back. All other things being equal, I look for a real nice Mason County team in 2014.

Will they be the Bell County of '08, '09, '10 and possibly even '11? Bell County is always very good, but they've been great, dang near flawless the past few years.

While coach Rains will do a great job...the change in administration at Mercer Co will help them as much as any coach.

State Champs of course.

Who HHS?? LOL
