Cincinnati St. X is definitely going to be far more of a challenge than Elder was. However, after seeing the way Trinity looked with their speed and their dominating performance at the Pit, I believe that the Bombers will be limited on how much of it they can contain. I'm thinking that Trinity wins by at least 20.

I'm thinking 38-21 but could easily see 38-7 as well.

After watching Trinity last week I will be absolutely shocked if X holds them under 28 points. For X to win I think they have to put up atleast 35.

I hope Trinity wins by 40.

Does anyone remember the time (not that long ago) when the Rocks were decided underdogs against teams like Elder and Cincy X -- and now there is debate about "how big the win" or "will T win by 30 or more"?????

Okay, If this game is a blowout, T deserves to be ranked near the top of the USA today top 25.

I believe that they will be regardless of winning big or by few. I believe that Trinity is definitely there with a win over Cincinnati St. Xavier.

Absolutely. Enjoy it for this year and next. This is a "once in a lifetime" group of kids that are coming through Trinity right now. I do not expect this level of talent to be the norm going forward and I expect that as early as 2013, things will return to normal.

Def. an elite group, I hope they can get into the Herbie and play another National team next year on top of it to go for it all.

Completely agree. They should go "balls to the wall" with scheduling next year and get every national opponent on their schedule as possible. STA, Bosco, DelaSalle, whatever.

The one thing I don't know about this year's T team is how many of their lineman graduate? That can play a big, big role in their success next year.

I think most of our games with out of state opponents are home and home contracts, so we can't just up and schedule someone else unfortunately. I also don't think our AD would want any bad blood with the other schools on the schedule.

As to our line, we have a bunch of seniors on the OL, so that is a concern heading into next season.

I agree about the very special group of kids. No question.

You don't have to be so gloomy about "back to the future." There may be some 4th -5th - 6th graders out there who are "special" as well. :sssh::D

Is this game at Cincy St. X's field?
