July 22, 201115 yr ...You could only post on BGP under your real name. How much of an impact, if any, would that have on the content of the posts you make?
July 22, 201115 yr It would have really only affected a couple of my posts. Only one big one comes to mind. Other than that though, I'd be happy to tell y'all who I am.
July 22, 201115 yr It wouldn't affect mine because everyone in Boyle County(including the football and basketball coaches) already knows who I am. Quite a few in Mercer County know who I am. More than one person calls me PurplePride when they see me in public.:lol::lol: Great question. I know a ton of people who are members but have never made a single post. They just read and keep it moving. I also know of plenty of coaches who browse on here but I have no idea who they are on here.

July 22, 201115 yr More so a few years ago when I really liked to get things stirred up. Now it wouldn't bother me at all I don't believe. Anyone that would want to know who I am could just ask (though I would send it to them in a PM).

There have been a few times when I haven't said who I was in a pm because I didn't want to get anyone else in trouble by them finding who who I am close to or who may be in my circle. July 22, 201115 yr Back when I was in high school maybe, but I don't really think it mattered to me back then either. I typically don't venture into the HS forums, so it really doesn't matter. My opinions aren't going to be hurting College or Professional athletes' parents.
