September 25, 201015 yr My nephew and his girlfriend were in a terrible car wreck yesterday afternoon in Breckinridge County. She is in Breckinridge County Hospital with a mild concussion, he is in University Hospital here in Louisville in ICU with a fractured C-2 Vertebrae. I humbly ask for your prayers for these two 18 year old's that they recover well, and quickly. Thank you.

September 25, 201015 yr Author Thank you everyone! The neurosurgeons have decided not to do surgery at this point on my nephew. They've fitted him with a neck brace that he'll wear 24/7 for at least 3 months. They'll reevaluate at that point. His girlfriend's concussion turned out to be worse than originally thought, so she's still in the hospital as well. Hopefully they'll both get to go home tomorrow.
