"Icing"

Featured Replies

Who else takes part in this newer "game"?

If so, what are some of your best "ices"? What are some of your worst experiences getting "iced"?

 Not gonna lie, I think it's brilliant, and Smirnoff was/is stupid for not running with this as a great marketing ploy...

Ice my friends from time to time. I think it's hilarious.

Best Ice:

Roommate was grilling out and talking about it all day. Decided to place one in the grill for him before he threw on the chicken.

Best Getting Iced:

Keep a pair of Jordans in a shoe box for when I go to the gym and hoop it up. My buddy asked me if I wanted to play. I opened up my box, and there laid an ice cold Smirnoff.

I was at a wedding two weeks ago & the bride had a Smirnoff underneath her dress when the Groom reached in for the garter...

Saw a youtube video of this once.

You have to chug a Smirnoff though so everyone loses:lol:

I could get into this game if the end result were taking a shot of something or funneling a beer. I just can't make myself chug a drink that puts my man card in danger so I do not participate.

I thought that was something that happened during hockey games.

I am officially an old fogey.

I got iced twice last weekend.

Twice iced. Cool (get it?).

If it happens again - thrice iced.

that's funny.

Never been iced, and never iced anyone else. But I agree on Smirnoff missing out on a great marketing opportunity.

I've yet to be iced...But am pretty much the master icer of my group of friends...Last weekend my buddy had a party, we explained the whole concept to him beforehand, and he wasn't too keen on it. He's a big construction, fix-it-upper kinda guy, so he has lots of tools. I put one in his tool bench, and asked him for a pair of vice grips. He opened the drawer, cused me out, then proceeded to one knee it while the whole party of 40-50 called him a St. Louis Cardinal....:D Must say it was my proudest "icing" moment.

I got nailed the other day with the old "reach into the cheez it box that your buddy is pretending to enjoy only to find the box empty with one shmirnoff ice in it".

Excuse my ignorance or age, but could someone enlighten me on what "icing" is?
