March 31, 201412 yr Watched about 90 minutes of it yesterday. Got bored. Turned it off. I will say that I thought Christian Bale was really good. Acting in that movie is awesome. The problem with the movie is it does tend to drag on at times and they really could have done a better job directing it so it would flow better and not put you to sleep at times. I still really liked it but they could of edited it a lot better. Plus Amy Adams and Jennifer Lawrence are both excellent in this movie.

April 5, 201412 yr Watched Catching Fire for the first time last night. Really liked it. Better than the 1st IMO. Hated how they ended it, but definitely has me eagerly anticipating the 3rd installment.

April 5, 201412 yr That movie seems to be really polarizing among viewers. Either folks really seem to like it (myself included), or they think it was terrible. I think it was one of the best movies of the year. Really enjoyed it. It was loosely based on a true event, the Abscam crimes of the early 1980's.
