May 24, 201016 yr Provided Cleveland gets him some help, I wouldn't have a problem with him staying. Just no more Antawn Jamison or Big Z. Which seems to be the problem with the Cleveland FO, they can't get any help for LeBron. I could understand where LeBron doesn't want to hurt the franchise. Maybe he will request a sign and trade, so Cleveland will atleast get something for his exit...
May 24, 201016 yr Provided Cleveland gets him some help, I wouldn't have a problem with him staying. Just no more Antawn Jamison or Big Z. Need to get some younger bigs. Z and Shaq aren't going to cut it. I think Jamison will be fine.
May 24, 201016 yr I agree with everything you just said. I still don't see the Clippers having a better potential starting line-up than the other LA or Boston. Is Ray Allen coming back to Boston next year? Can't Pierce opt out? What Boston is doing has been great, but I can't see them doing it again next year if they don't get some younger players contributing. The Lakers are really good obviously, but I think the Clippers w/ LBJ would be as good if not better 1-5. I really thing even though Griffin is unproven he'd be a beast w/ LBJ. It won't end up mattering though b/c LBJ isn't going there.
May 24, 201016 yr Provided Cleveland gets him some help, I wouldn't have a problem with him staying. Just no more Antawn Jamison or Big Z. Who could they get to help? Nobody is doing a sign and trade to take terrible players off of that team. Mo Williams and Jamison are owed a ton of money and they really aren't good. I think it's the biggest reason LBJ leaves. They can't get better any quicker than the Knicks or Nets can and Chicago is already better. I wouldn't be totally shocked if he went to Miami either but I don't see how he and Wade could work out together. They're almost too good to play w/ each other.

I disagree big time...if Wade can play with Shaq, he can play with LBJ. THose two would be dynamite together.
May 24, 201016 yr Need to get some younger bigs. Z and Shaq aren't going to cut it. I think Jamison will be fine. C'mon man Jamison is a liability. I would be fine if they would never play him, Hickson is way better in their system playing off of LeBron IMO. I'd rather play Shaq. Is Ray Allen coming back to Boston next year? Can't Pierce opt out? What Boston is doing has been great, but I can't see them doing it again next year if they don't get some younger players contributing. It won't end up mattering though b/c LBJ isn't going there. Pierce isn't going to opt out. Ray Allen isn't going anywhere IMO. If the Celtics win it all, they'll bring everyone back to try again. The Orlando Magic are the only team dumb enough to make a run at the title and then change their roster drastically. Who could they get to help? Nobody is doing a sign and trade to take terrible players off of that team. Mo Williams and Jamison are owed a ton of money and they really aren't good. I think it's the biggest reason LBJ leaves. With two max guys they'll never have cap room. I guess they could move Eddy Curry, but who would want him? Wade and LeBron would work because of their talent, no matter how they played together IMO.
May 25, 201016 yr I understand your reasoning, Zoot, but I am the opposite. I see no scenario where he returns to Cleveland. I really don't think he cares that much about Cleveland. He cares about Akron and regardless what happens to the Cavs, he will always be the King in Akron, the town where he received his MVP awards this year and last. I could be wrong but he gave Cleveland 7 great years and the franchise will be in the same shape it was before he got there. That wasn't his fault then and it won't be his fault now.
May 25, 201016 yr I disagree big time...if Wade can play with Shaq, he can play with LBJ. THose two would be dynamite together. They could be dynamite together, but Shaq and LBJ are a completely different animal. LBJ and Wade need the ball in their hands. Shaq was a pure back to the basket player.
June 28, 201016 yr This just in........ http://www.nbcmiami.com/news/sports/Lebron-Wade-and-97311199.html I still think the best place for him is New York. Miami would be the second best place, IMO.
June 28, 201016 yr The more I think read about owners makes me think the Bulls are a longer shot than people think. I think it comes down to Miami, NJ, Cleveland, and a very small chance he goes to Dallas if they can find a way to sign and trade for him. Chicago looks too easy, but is Reinsdorf willing to do what it takes financially?
June 28, 201016 yr I am sooooo tired of hearing about this already. Wait until Thursday....... I think the Nets and Jay-Z are the first ones to Akron since Your Highness says he isn't going to any of the cities of his prospective future employees. Unlike HT, I can't get enough. I can't wait to see how free agency plays out for all of the free agents this year.
June 28, 201016 yr I still think LBJ is too big for "Wade County" and the Knicks are a joke. Playing for the Bulls would be a joke. He wins 3 titles in Chicago he is an overrated phenom who couldn't deliver and who will never be better than the guy with the statue outside his home arena. He wins 1 title in New York he is the greatest Knick ever and forever the King of New York. He wins multiple titles in New York he enters the argument of GOAT. He'd have to win at least 6 in Chicago just to be the 2nd best Bull.
