UK way too athletic for Cornell. That, and they've totally took them out of their offense. The Cats seem to of really stepped their defense up the last week.

 

I've felt that since the second game of the SEC tourney. MSU played them well and hit great shots but the defense was still solid. Each game out for 3 weekends the Cats have come to play defense.

 

Hope they can play like this for 3 1/2 more games. :thumb:

Great half by the Wildcats. They are making Cornell work so hard in their half court offense to make their cuts and screens. The Big Red already looks gassed. One thing that I think has gone unnoticed--every time Cornell sends more than one person to the offensive glass they give up a break away at the other end. That's a real killer when they're shooting as poorly as they did the first half.

Very good game plan vs Cornell. The defense is awesome!! So is the fastbreak. The inside game is unstoppable for the Cats. The 3 is there when they work it inside out. Nice first half for the Cats.

Their switching on the perimeter has been key. Great defensive gameplan!

UK has to play this kinda defense against WV to win...

That WVU/UK game will be PHYSICAL. A whole lot of defense.

Horrible charging call, under the basket AND moving across the lane.

Cornell breaks a near 7:00 drought.
