Miller looks like an NBAer against Arkansas, a team as good or better than South Carolina, and looks like a high schooler in games like this. Same for Dodson. Patterson disappeared too much as well. Too many dipsy-doo layup attempts when keeping it simple was enough. Three or four missed tonight. No excuse in missing that many easy shots.
January 27, 201016 yr I thought they did pound it inside, particularly early. USC blocked shots, played physical and the Cats didn't put up what, 12 3 point shots? Anymore inside IMO it would look like Robey and Phillips. Put PP on the Block and feed him in the 2nd half. GT you are correct as usual Coach Cal is doing a lot of different stuff but it looks bad sometimes. At this point UK wants NOTHING to do with The 'Cuse matchup 2-3 or any other team that has a zone D...........

January 27, 201016 yr Patterson should of shown that he wanted it. He got two offensive rebounds on the same play and he threw it both times to Wall while he was 4 feet with-in the the basket. At that point they need the 3-ball......

Dodson needs some punitive action for that stunt on the breakaway layup. It was a big momentum shifter.
January 27, 201016 yr Well, now they can get back to just winning games, and not worry about the win streak. Seriously, no one will finish undefeated anymore, Indiana was the last one in 1976. They were bound to lose sooner or later, better now that later. I am glad USC fans didn't start that 'overrated' chant. That takes away from a teams upset, would you rather beat a team that is overrated? Or a team that actually deserved that high ranking? In 1996, didn't Pitino say it was a good thing that UK lost before going into the NCAA tourney? I believe it was Miss St who beat them in the SEC tourney, must have been a good lose. :thumb:

January 27, 201016 yr I think this makes UK better and I think Cal will fix what is fixable.......brings the Frosh. down a notch or 2 and shows them they have to come to play and take games on the road.
