Probably 99% of schools.

Raceland started on the first day after Christmas break, as normal.

I know Beechwood is hard at it. Something tells me they want to get back to the title game.

If the snot's not flyin', you aren't tryin'.

I think that's kind of the status-quo for most programs. :thumb:

True, which probably leads to the better question on this topic - is there any team that has not started lifting and running?

I don't think that Bell Co ever stopped. They lift during the season from what I am told.

Great Question! If there is a team that hasen't started.... They are behind.

Absolutely! Greenup County, for the first year in a long time, hasn't stopped lifting since Coach Copley arrived. The boys get a few breaks here and there, (one week after the season ended,) but for the most part they are ALWAYS lifting!!!

Ridiculous question.....

If playing or even care about trying to play football, the weight room never stops.

How many times a week does Highlands lift? Anybody know their program? Their kids are huge.

Schools have dead periods but they are only for a week or so. I would say most are lifting now. Mountain by 'huge' do you mean lean and solid? They are not a team to have the 300lb belly lineman.
