They beat you guys:lol:

Yep and almost beat the Bengals too... The Browns beat someone better than them every year. The Year before, didn't they spank the Giants?

Sorry, I misread your bottom quote. Yes, we agree. :notworthy:

My quote about the Steelers not being close to the Giants, I was talking better. :ohbrother:

That is why I don't think saying the AFC North is better than the NFC East is 'spit on your screen' funny.

AFC East appears better. Their second place team beat the first place team in the north.

And our Bengals tied the Giants. Thats thing. It really doesn't matter who ya beat. It matters that you win enough games to make the playoffs, and then be good enough to win in the playoffs. The Bengals have not been able to do that since 1990.

I will stand behind the last quarter of the season as my argument.

Don't mistake playing bad at the end of the season with backing into the playoffs. (which you are doing)

No it's not a great season. This is what I'm talkin about. It is a letdown to be a division winner and lose at home to a soso Jets team. You think the people in NE will be happy with their season if they lose to Balt tomorrow? I doubt it..

Are you really comparing what New England would consider a great season to what the Bengals would?

Yup. If the East #1 beats the North #2 tomorrow then they may have a decent argument.

I was just laughing at the comment.

A great season shouldn't be defined by which team we are talking about. It's either great or not. Why should we accept less as Bengals fans?

Good point, but you keep bringing up 1990. The Pats won three Super Bowls last decade... the expectations are certainly different, right or wrong.

:thumb: Lets not hand the Pats the game. Balt is playing just as good, if not better than anyone.

Absolutely agree.

I wouldn't get too caught up in that first game.

Wait you are going to tell me Florida is the best team in college football?

32-13 on a neutral field.

And again.... Next.

They are the 2nd best......The Jets....not so much.........
