Miles Simpson - he was tough to stop

Rees MacShara, Lamar Dawson, Grant Aumiller, Paul Megilligan, Caleb Watkins, Cameron Looper, Dominic Cartron.

 

I saw many good players, I watched 1 great team every Friday(and sometimes Saturday) but these guys are the ones that stood out the most when I watched them. No disrespect to the many many players I watched this year.

For me it was Wide Receiver Robert Woods.

He is a senior at Serra High School and he will attend U.S.C. next season.

 

According to Rivals there are only two players in the nation better. Although he is great I heard he might not be the best on his team. Isn't there another reciever on his team that is an underclassmen that might be better?

I deleted the games of his I had on dvr or I would go back and watch them and tell you who he was and what I thought. I know his team was very good.

I agree having a young one going through Jr Football, Roller's play was a clinic on how to play the LB position. I am a fan on the d-side of the ball my son would like a fatboy poster of this young man in his room. Many could be mentioned but Roller was a household favorite....:thumb:

I am going to twist this a little and list the players that caused me to say WOW when I watched:

 

Simpson, Collinsworth, Xavier Sheldon, Cameron Vocke.

 

If this is the RB from Beechwood I would agree. This kid is going to be a stud, the one game I seen him play was against Bellevue in the playoffs and wow.

 

I would also throw Ricky Buckler's name in here. One of the best to play at Gilligan.

... Also the the big lineman from LCA was by far the best lineman I saw this past season, I hope UK gets him next year.

That lineman is Zach West... he was a junior this past season... and will be back at LCA next year. He's in San Antonio Texas today as a guest visiting at the Army East West high school all star game... with hopes to play in that game next year. Devonte Parker- junior receiver at Ballard 6'3 over 200lb. he will be a big time player for UL. He has it all. Should be Mr. Football next year.

Congrats to Zach West. Just wondering.....are you sure that you guys at LCA can't just send him on to the nex level right now? I certainlty wish the young man well but being a Raceland fan I would just as soon not have to deal with him this season :scared:.

Also, I haven't been online much lately and was just wondering if D. Hayden and/or L. Witt has signed with anyone and if not who has been looking at them? Any others signed? LCA was a class A powerhouse last season and that group of seniors you had were certainly special. Good luck to all of them no matter what road they choose in life :thumb:.
