Saul Smith is one of the hardest working point gaurds I've ever seen. UK wouldn't have won a title in 98 without a back up point gaurd, which was Saul Smith.

I feel bad for Saul on many levels. It was not his fault his dad offered the kid a scholarship. He always gave 100% effort, had a great attitude, and represented the school well, he was just put in a very difficult situation. I cannot hate on Saul.

January 6, 201016 yr I've always heard as a father, never ever allow your son on your team unless he is without a doubt you BEST player or without a doubt your worst player. Saul was neither and very few ever gave him a chance.

January 8, 201016 yr I actually liked Saul Smith, I thought he would be a great back up pg. He was just so fundamentally sound. Not the best pg in the world but not the worst. Why don't anyone like Chris Lofton? Christian L from Duke my #1 D Wade from Marquette #2, I haven't like him since he had an out coming game against UK a couple years ago.
