A different side of DeMarcus Cousins

Featured Replies

I know there are some people on here who like to bash on DeMarcus Cousins, and say he's a punk, brat, or whatever words you can come up with to put him down. I hope you got a chance, or get a chance to see this week's John Calipari show. They had a feature where Cousins was interviewing people on the streets of New York City. He was absolutely great, and he got a chance to show off his personality. Great, great feature IMO.

I absolutely agree. He's mean on the floor but a GREAT kid off the court. Nothing wrong him. So much potential for the kid. :thumb:

Is there anywhere to see this online?

And I have been a Cousins defender on here and to my friends since the get go. I love him.

He's supposed to be the biggest jokester on the team. You wouldn't think so by looking at his facial expressions while playing.

I laughed a lot during that segment... Would be a great watch for any UK fans, especially the Cousins bashers.

Seems like this is the same argument UK fans used against Tim Tebow a few weeks ago. Forget what he does off the field it's how he acts during the game that makes him awful and makes me glad to see him cry. Not sure if that was what was used on here but I had at least 4 UK fans I know personally say this about Tebow when all that was going on after SEC Championship game.

Wow. At least 4 UK fans you personally know. Well that definitely has to be the majority of UK fans then.

Well I couldn't remember if that is what UK fans said on here or not and didn't have time to go thread surfing, seems like I remember seeing that on here too.

I didn't like Cousins as much at first, but since the season started I have really liked him. I don't know why but I end up wanting the guys with a little bit of 'tude to do well.

I don't have a problem with Cousins' attitude.

It's the double teamed, eyes closed, fade away jumper 5 seconds into the shot clock that bother me.

I met, played Corn Hole with, shot around with and briefly talked to Cousins while camping out and since then he has become near the top of my list. He came out the most and talked with more people than any other Cats during the time. Cousins is ok in my book and a very well mannered young man. I heard many thank yous and good manners from him also. He is cocky but so am I and he is not walking around with his nose stuck up in the air ( nor do I by the way).
