I just found Red Stag and Coke myself! That is my new favorite.

If you didnt know, Red Stag is Cherry flavored Jim Beam.

My friend was dating a girl who did a promo for Red Stag. He said man you got to try this stuff out and I loved it from the first sip. The only problem is, its hard to find in the bars/restaurants where I live.

Give me 3 fingers of a good bourbon or scotch (single malt or blended) and a hand rolled JDV cigar and I'm a happy man.

How could you turn your back on the Woodford like that?

Hey, I've always been a cheap date.:D

I generally drink Basil Hayden. Great bourbon and reasonable in price. Typically with just some ice and maybe a splash of water. For special occasions I pull out my Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old that I keep on reserve. That stuff is like drinking jet fuel though.

For beer I either drink Bass, Kronenbourg, or Stella. American wise I keep a case of Selects in the fridge at all times for everyone.

Basil Hayden is a great bourbon for the price. I tried the 23 yr Pappy down on the bourbon trail, and you aren't kidding about the "jet fuel".

I love some bourbon. I'll drink just about anything, but if I'm buying, I'll buy Jim Beam. It's smooth & it's the cheapest good bourbon I've had.

I've had my share of KT & Kentucky Gentleman. Don't have a problem drinking it, but those first 2 drinks sure can be rough. I've also found that the "better stuff" allows for an easier morning.

If I'm drinking beer, then I'd prefer Budweiser or Bud Light, probably in that order. But, as long as it's cold, you won't hear too many complaints.

By the way, there is NOTHING worse than a WARM Keystone 16 oz beer. Makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. :puke:

Good with Orange juice as well.

Woodford and Coke.
:ohbrother: How can you do that to good bourbon?

Well, there is a 4 step process.

1. Ice

2. Double shot of Woodford

3. Splash of coke

4. Enjoy

I've really got to be in the mood to have bourbon just straight on the rocks.

All of the above!

I like White Zinfandel wine and Coors Light(from college days)

Mr. Mom55 likes Bud Light and Jack Daniels and his favorite after dinner is Drambuie.

I made Bourbon balls for Christmas and the recipe called from 1/4 cup - well the walnuts thought they needed more so I added 1/2 cup more needless to say the Bourbon Balls went over real well.
