Then what did you mean by that statement? That's not trying to minimize UNC? I must have missed that one. Looks to me like you were trying to say that UK beat a UNC team today that was not any good. I never once thought UK would get run off the court by UNC. I've thought MSU was very overrated though. And I never minimized UNC, I did say it was a great win and a good start. I think you are trying to put what other people have said and make it look like I said it. I am not trying to take what other people said and make it look like you said it, I would never do that. I only said that you missed the point of my post. I was only saying that the 28-2 run reminded me of 96, nothing more, nothing less. I think you took it as I was trying to say this team was comparable to the 96 team as a whole. I would never do that, that team was above and beyond any college team I have ever witnessed.

My bad, you are right there though no college team overall will ever be close to the 96 team. And this win is big, just not as big as a win over UCONN would be, mainly because it's the next game, but I do feel UCONN is better than UNC this year. If Wall can play the whole game though UK will have a chance to have a bigger game next week than this one.

In his post game interview, he said his knee was killing him and hurts all the time from tendinitis. That's not a good thing at his age.

December 6, 200916 yr I guess Cal knows his players better than I do, when they fell down 9-2 I wanted him to take a TO so bad to get those frosh settled down. Next thing you know they explode and gave all of us fans something we haven't witnessed for a very long time. I love watching this team pull the defensive rebound and their ability to get down the floor will bring us many highlights this season. I got a little nervous when Wall went out knowing Bledsoe has a less than 100% ankle but they were able to weather the storm. I wonder how Vegas did today, tons of KY backers had to be very upset after that final three pointer.

December 6, 200916 yr I didn't get to see this game, and am just now watching it on DVR. That 8 minute run was as exciting as anything I've seen in a long, long time. John Wall is simply amazing. If he goes down, UK is nowhere.
