I applaud this move by Chad. This could be a way to win back some people he may have lost last season.

Chad has been doing things like this all summer and fall. He has contest on twitter all the time. For example he's taking the first 40 people, who show up to the movie theater at Newport, to a movie tonight.

He also flew in 5 fans to watch the game and spend the weekend with him.

Nice move by Chad, seems like he's doing well when it comes to PR this season.

Chad OchoCinco is awesome, I went to training camp a few summers ago, and after it was over and everyone rushed the fence for autographs there was a boy in the stands that was handicapped and couldn't get down the steps to the field. Chad was signing autographs like crazy and looks up and sees the boy. Instantly he stopped what he was doing pointed at the boy and said wait right there. His disappeared for a few minutes and came back and gave the boy his helmet and cleats autographed. None of the other players even seemed to notice the boy sitting back there.

That’s a great story. I’ve never been an OchoCinco fan because of his on the field antics, but stories like that give me a new found respect for him.

Great move by Chad. I hope he stays on this path the rest of his career with the Bengals.

booooooo... I wanted a blackout.

Not a big fan of Chad, but this was a great move. He seems to get it.

Do you think he got an employee discount ?:ylsuper:

From Mr. Brown? You got to be kidding.

I have never understood why so many Bengal fans have been so against Chad. I mean yeah he likes attention, but he plays as hard as he can on the football field and produces, and he is really a good guy. I mean when fans started to turn on him in 2007, is what led to a lot of the problems before last season in 2008. When the Bengals went down hill in 2007 people turned on him, for the same thing that they use to like about him. He is a guy who wants attention, but he also is going to play as hard as he can and he wants to win. So I just never understood why people get so bent out of shape about how he likes attention. Chad is a good guy, a good football player, he just likes attention thats all.

Like he flew those fans into Green Bay?

Ehhh ... he's just trying to soften the blow for when the book comes out. Sort of a preventive good will strike. :D

In all seriousness, though, very cool move on his part. Well done, Chad. :thumb:

Chad Johnson became a respectable man today. I am impressed from what he has done off the field this year ! :thumb:
