Jimmy for heisman...

I think he's climbing up the boards.

Those goaline stands were amazing. Great game for Jimmy and the Irish. I was surprised nobody has bashed them for "barely winning" again.

Like I said last week, ND could play the New Jersey Institute of Technology and it would still be a close game

Go Irish!

I hope they do the same thing against USC!:thumb:

I just dont understand some of the penalties they get though? Seiously, roughing the snapper?:idunno::confused::scared:

Did anyone else think the TD that was overturned for Washington was a little ridiculous? I didn't think there was any way they would overturn it. Ended up KILLING Washington.

The Irish keep rolling. With every win a little pressure is removed from Weiss

I feel your pain. The way this season has gone with penalties I almost expect the unexpected. I was laughing everytime the announcers would go over a replay of a penalty against ND and sound confused, saying I really didn't see that one. For Pat Hayden to do this is incredible.:irked:

I 100% agree that ND caught a huge break when they overturned the TD. They must have had a better camera angle than TV had on the other side of the runner. I think the rain nearly cost ND the game at the end of the half as they could have opened up a two score lead and the ball goes right through Allen's usual sure hands for the INT. Then the Irish get it back and Claussen goes down two straight times because of the wet turf and his bad toe and have to punt with 65 seconds to go. Locker drives them to the ND 23 and gives them the lead with a FG. That was a HUGE turn of events. Also, getting to the Washington 2 yard line and not scoring a TD to start the half is unforgivable. The coach of Washington is a stud, but he's got to be kicking himself for not running QB sneaks from the ND 1. He does that instead of the pitch backwards and then the incomplete pass and game over. Claussen right now is my #1 for the Heisman. He's an absolute stud and doing with turf toe. He avoids the pressure and throws the TD to Tate. A thing of beauty. His throwing on the run is as good as anyone. My girl is a freshman and has seen the last three games in person. Not a bad first year of college.

The late hit on ND #9 on the QB was laughable.
