Notre Dame 37 Washington 30

I don't think the weak schedule part is true. I read before the year ND was ranked 36th in SOS. Florida was like two infront of them and Texas was behind them.

Do you have a link for that?

I think Tim Couch, and many before and since him, have proved that the number of touchdowns thrown in college does little to indicate the quality of quarterback at the next level.

We aren't talking about the next level so how is that relevant :idunno:

I agree that the three you mentioned are above the other three though. However the funny thing is that I think all three those QB's will end up being better pro's than the top three in college right now.

I'm sold on the best pro QB from the group being Locker from Washington, but I doubt he even goes 1st round as of right now.

I believe that is as of right now. Florida and Texas' numbers will jump upward, while ND's will drop after the USC game.

Wouldn't it go up after the USC game?

I've heard recently he has vaulted really high and could possibly be the first QB taken. Doubt it, but he has made a name for himself recently.

Yup, Jevan Snead. I didn't say he was better than Claussen, I just pointed out who Ole Miss' QB is.

South Carolina would be the 2nd best team that ND plays all year. But then again, when you get to pick your own schedule, why not fill it with cupcakes?

I know that you didn't. I quoted your post by accident.

Yeah, and JaMarcus Russell might have the strongest arm in the NFL.....What does that prove?

JaMarcus Russell is a moron. Al Davis drafted him on arm strength alone. He had very little leadership ability and was an athlete at QB, much like Vince Young. Clausen is a quarterback. He is light years ahead of where he was last year.

Other than stating the obvious? :lol:Just playing man. Arm strength is a very important quality for an NFL QB, but it's not the only one. I think Jimmy is going to be much better prepared coming into the NFL than Russell. But, who doesn't?

Me too. I think a year or two with Sark will allow him to be a fairly high draft pick. He looks like he has the tools to be a very good NFL QB.

I'm sorry, but who is this Claussen you all are speaking of? :walk:

Oh I am sure you know him he is only in the running for Heisman... I am sure you knew that.:popcorn:
