Hartline is just simply terrible. I don't see why we don't play one of the freshman and let them learn on the job. They can't be any worse. He overthrew WRs at least 7 or 8 times and it wasn't even close.

So because he's a Christian, and a virgin, his girlfriend is supposed to wear her hair in a bun, wear a skirt to her ankles, and not show her face in public? :idunno:

I don't believe him for one second about that. However thats not really for this thread. He is a great player, however I don't think he is a great and perfect person as people try to make him out to be.

:thumb:If they don't do it this year, that means we will be stuck having to watch a bad offense again next year no matter what because that means it probably will be Hartline running the show again.

Wow...

If he doesn't play again this season I'll change my mind. Until then, it was a great play by UK.

With the media hanging on him for being so tough (including his hit against Berry last week), its nice to see him on the receiving end a big shot.

Again, if it turns out to be more serious than I think it is, I'll change my mind.

I don't care, and I'm sure he doesn't either. I have no reason not to believe him. And there has been only one person that has lived a perfect life.

I said the same thing to my dad tonight, as well as to some of my friends who were celebrating. I told them, "Lovely, not only is UK a train wreck of a team, but in the midst of the wreck, they took out one of the best QB's around and the fans are celebrating. What a joke from top to bottom." It'd be great if UK could ever get to where they contend for an SEC championship, but that time is nowhere in the foreseeable future...and quite frankly, I'm not impressed by the fans and it makes me not much root for or care either way. I'm not trying to lump ALL fans in; I know that there are good UK fans out there lol. I'm just disappointed I guess.

It occurs to me that perhaps these two are connected. MOST fans probably aren't celebrating Tebow's being knocked out of the game. However, the fact that many see it as a cause for celebration is congruent (to me, anyway) with the "UK isn't anywhere near a top-shelf SEC football program" observation.

You're not going be a top program until you can advance well beyond the point of celebrating, or at least hoping for the opponent's best player to be injured...

Because nobody can make it to marriage? Come on....sounds like a P&R discussion. No reason to doubt him IMO.

I don't understand the hatred of Tim Tebow. He is the best college quarterback I have ever seen. He is on the verge of winning 3 national championships and should have won the Heisman 3 times.

Most importantly he is everything guys like Terrell Owens, Chad Johnson, Michael Vick, and Brandon Marshall are not.

On the game, I still think Hartline is taking way too much blame for this one. The entire 1st quarter UK was 1st and long due to penalties that were not his fault. If you put yourself in that situation against a defense like Florida then you quarterback is at a big disadvantage. I'm not saying he is great or good for that matter but this disaster is on the run defense and those who committed the penalties, ie Winston Guy.

Aside from the 1st Quarter. We didn't play that bad, but man that first quarter was ugly. I agree that I can't feel too sorry for Florida for TEbows injury. Injuries are part of the game.

Agree completely.

The hit on Tebow was a great play.

IMO it was good, clean, hard, legal hit. That's football. I can pretty much guarantee every UK fan was standing and cheering when it happened. Because it looked to be nothing more than a good play. It is extremely unfortunate, and a bit of a freak event, that he hit his teammate's knee. There's a huge difference between cheering a great play and cheering someone getting hurt. I'll be the first to admit I was cheering when he hit him. I also stopped cheering as soon as I saw he was hurt. Just like I would assume 99% of the people watching the game did. I wish him a full and speedy recovery. While I don't like when we play him, he is a class young man.

Best explanation given. The ground probably would've done as much damage to Tebows' head as his teammates knee, he may have been out from the hit itself. Second best hit I saw all day. The one the USF player put on the Florida State player barely beat it in my oponion. Let's put the blame for Tebow's injury squarely where it belongs Urban Meyer. Kid's already sick up 31-7 at half and totally dominating absolutely no reason for him to be in the game.

While looking around to see if there's any still frame shots of that hit I found this. Almost blasphomy but did make me chuckle...

Thats kinda funny. I told a buddy of mine before the game that ESPN reported that some thought rain would slow Florida down but they assured everyone it wouldnt because Tebow could walk on water.

Can someone post the "girlfriend" picture? I have never seen it. Or can it be posted on BGP?

I think this is the one. I saw it about a year ago. If this isn't it I'm sorry.
