Hate to hear this...

Wow. Sad news.

As a Titans fan, McNair was my favorite player in the NFL for several years. In his prime, I felt like he was underrated and one of the most clutch QB's in the league. He really developed into a great passer and I don't think he always got the credit he deserved for that aspect of his game. The Titans became a formidable passing offense near the end of McNair's run there...one thing I always liked about Heimerdinger during that time was his penchant for taking shots down the field...the Titans weren't afraid to go for the home run on third or fourth and one instead of playing it safe to keep the chains moving. McNair really emerged into a solid deep thrower.

Anyway, hate to hear this news.

Stunner. Very sad.

WOW. This is crazy to hear. I loved watching McNair at Tennessee back when George was there too. Prayers for his family.

Just saw this when I opened my homepage. Horrible news, I always liked Air McNair. He was just on this season of Pro's vs. Joes too and seemed to be really enjoying retirement. Very sad and tragic news.

Terrible news... Very sad.

The year of the celebrity death continues, horrible news, great ball player, one of my favorite QB's besides Favre ever
