The Scribe Posted June 28, 2009 Share Posted June 28, 2009 TAMPA — Billy Mays, the TV pitchman whose trademark voice helped sell everything from cleaning supplies to baking soda, was found dead this morning by his wife at his Tampa home. HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- Billy Mays, best known for his high-energy infomercials, has died at the age of 50. Police have confirmed that he died Sunday morning.
