Who saw that coming??

Mike is a good kid and i'm pretty sure I read the Raiders brought him in for a workout... still too early.

Yeah Kiper said they could have waited as long as round 5 or 6.

Great for him, but an absolutely awful selection by Oakland.

I'm excited for him. He really climbed the last few weeks. There is another kid at Ohio U everybody was looking at but he blew teams away with his speed and beign physical on film.

Kiper had him around 6th and Mayock 7th round. Typical Oak lol. It's the same team that took Hayward Bay about 15 picks to early instead of trading back. I try to like the Raiders because I did as a kid but they are about like Cincy. They could have loaded up with picks trading back and still got the guys they have taken. Pretty pathetic! Wish Bush could get the heck out of there.

Cleve has really loaded up on defense lol! They HAVE to be trading Edwards now or this is a Raiders move! They need a Corner bad. Their Oline is bad. RB is old. Have trade value in Quinn because they made a bad move keeping Anderson. Who knows!

Congrats to this young man from Highlands.

Not a very good pick

Congrats to Mike. A very deserving young man.:thumb::banana:

Congrats to the young man on being drafted.

Outside of that, this, and Heyward-Bay are why the NFL should kick out Al Davis, and is why the Raiders are a laughing stock.

Sirius' NFL radio was absolutely abusing Al and the Raiders for this one.

I am very happy for Mike and I hope he proves all the detractors wrong.

I'm happy for Michael. He's a great kid.

It's nice to know he's going to get paid instead of trying to claw his way in. I'm all for the KY kids to do well! I totally understand why the so called experts are blasting the pick but I hope he proves them wrong.

He may turn out to be a great pick, but they could have gotten him MUCH later.
