If this becomes true can we expect the same style play we have seen at Highlands the last 4 yrs? Scores in the 40's and 50's ? I know defense is paramount at Highlands and they have always been known as one of the most aggressive man-man playing teams. I think with the caliber of players they have coming back a more open style of offense that emphasizes transition would be fun to watch.

If Scott comes open I know of a candidate that would be very interested and if Jeff Trame has anything to do w/ the hire he would probably get it.

Last I heard Jeff was helping brother Danny at Walton Verona. Don't know how much input he would have in new coaching hire at Scott if the job came open.

I'd imagine that Carr would have an edge over Feldmann, despite Feldmann being a part of the program for a while. Carr's head coaching experience would win out, I'd assume.

 

Does Feldmann have a legitimate opportunity to become the head coach? Hasn't he been with the JV for a while?

How about Scott Hundley? He played college ball at Vandy and coaches as an associate at Montgomery County and has been there for a while. He was Mr.Basketball at Scott County and knows his basketball. If Highlands called I think he would be interested...

I would have to agree that it is time to go outside of the program and get some "fresh"blood into the system.

There must be a young coach out there that could come in and blend this talented group that they have coming back.Also it would be great to get the student body involved again,they were a no show this past season.

A little enthusiasm can go a long way.

Not a lot of "news" out there and this would be a very high profile job.
